Hi Lesley

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

If there are slides in a presentation which you would like to use in another presentation, then you can go to Insert - Slides from Files. Then browse to the presentation that contains the slides you wish to use.

When you select the file and click the Open button, you will see miniture previews of all the slides in that presentation.

Click on the slide or slides you wish to use in your current presentation and click Insert; then Close.
