Hi Simona

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

You can draw a speech bubble shape from the Drawing toolbar in PowerPoint.

Make sure the Drawing Toolbar is turned on (View - Toolbars - Drawing).

Go to AutoShapes on the Drawing Toolbar and you will find several different speech bubble shapes under Callouts.

Select the shape you wish to use, and diagionally drag your left mouse on the slide to draw the shape onto the slide.

You can open as many presentations as your computer memory can handle, this is good for copying slides from one to another. To view all open presentations on screen, use the Window, Arrange All command. To scroll through all open windows one after another use the Ctrl+F6 command.
