Hi Siobhan

Thanks for your question, welcome to the Forum.

You could differentiate your resources by using in the "group" cell on the resource sheet. You might choose to put in the name of the organisation beside each resource so that later you can group or filter the results (Project Menu then choose "group by" or "filtered for")

Show or hide toolbar ScreenTips

On the Tools menu, go to Customize, and then select Toolbars.
