Hi Helen

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

To create a hyperlink:

1. Select the text you wish to create the link from.
2. Go to Insert - Hyperlink or use Ctrl + K.
3. On the left hand side of the dialogue box, select the appropriate option from the 4 available. You will most likely use the Existing file or web page option.
4. If you are using the Existing file or web page option you will need to either navigate to and select the file on your computer that you want to link to; or paste the address of the web page you wish to link to into the Address box near the bottom of the dialogue box.
5. Click OK.

Hyperlinks will only work in slide show view, so you will need to put your presentation into this view to test the link.

Once you have a saved picture of your company logo.

1. Format / Bullets and Numbering
2. On the bulleted Tab choose Picture
3. Use import to find you Logo

Once you import a pic it stays there permanately.
