Hi Lorraine

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

You can change an existing slide in a presentation by opening the presentation, bringing the slide up on your screen, and then replacing the text that you wish to change on that slide.

If you wish to say, add a picture, for example, you may want to change the slide layout so you have an area to insert the picture into. You can change the slide layout by going to Foramt - Slide Layout, and clicking on the slide layout you wish to use on the right hand side of your screen.

Powerpoint tip:

Covert slide into JPEg image

To convert a slide into a JPEg, click on the slide, click on File save as, change the type to JPEG.

When you click on save you will be asked to save the slide you on top jpeg or the whole presentation
