Computer

My computer crashed when I tried to insert clip art - it was the only file open. Why did this happen?

RE: Computer

Hi Sally

Thank you for your question.

As there are many reasons why a computer might crash at a certain point, it is difficult to pinpoint why this might have happened. All I can recommend is making sure you save your presentation regularly in case your computer does crash. Using Ctrl + S will save changes; I would make it a habit to use this every few minutes while you are working on a presentation.

I hope this helps.

Powerpoint tip:

Moving shapes where you want

when you move shapes using your cursor arrows they jump around, so by holding down the CTRL key and using the arrows the shape moves where you want it to.
