Hi,
I have a problem with emails in Outlook which when I restart my computer show up on the opening screen as unread messages. Other than this outlook is functioning perfectly and after a few re-starts it clears itself but it is worrying...
Any ideas?
Regards, John
RE: Unread message after reading emails
OK, perhaps some clarification would reveal the answer.
1. Have you previously read these emails?
2. When you restart the computer, please can you tell me what you do, exactly. this might help us find out why the mails appear as unread.

Hi Richard,
Sorry for the time it has taken to reply. I have read all of the emails and dealt with them. to restart it is just a normal switch it on and log in to my account deal. There are multiple users on the machine and everyone is having the same issue. I am the main user of the machine and the email accounts and the others are sub-accounts.
Any ideas?
Regards, John
