RE: Macros

Hello Guy, Thank you for your post, the Personal Macro file is a worksheet which sits hidden behind the active worksheet, when you record a macro and place it on the Personal Macro worksheet it is available to all active worksheets in that Workbook. To delete a macro from the Personal Macro worksheet you must first hide the active worksheet, Window, Hide, then choose to Unhide, at which point you will be asked which worksheet to open, the active worksheet or the Macro worksheet, if you choose the Macro worksheet you can then access your macros in the normal way to edit or delete them. I hope that helps, best regards Pete

Excel tip:

Using basic functions without doing formulas

When you highlight figures Autocalc tells you the total in the bottom right of the screen, but if you right click on the sum it will give you some basic functions. The functions are Min, Max, Average, Sum, Count, and Count Nums.
