How do I show the tasks only for the project to print for the client?

RE: MS Project

Hi Orion

Thank you for your question. You can hide elements such as summary tasks very quickly by going to Tools > Options > View and deselecting "Show Outline tasks" and then clicking on OK.

You can now see a simplified version of your Gantt chart, minus summary tasks and their bars.

Hope this helps - let us know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

Ms project tip:

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
