RE: slide text

Hi Joanna

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

The reason that the text sometimes changes size automatically is because of the AutoFit feature in PowerPoint.

Often this will happen when you enter text that takes up more room than what is available within the pre-defined areas (placeholders) in PowerPoint.

You can turn the AutoFit feature off in PowerPoint if you wish to:
Go to Tools - AutoCorrect Options.
On the AutoFormat as you Type tab remove the tick from next to the AutoFit body text to placeholder option.
There is also an option to turn this off for the title placeholder as well.
Then click OK.

I hope this helps.
Amanda
