Excel charts into PPT

I have an Excel file of several worksheets and, within each worksheet, there are several finished charts. I'm not clear how to import 2 different charts, from different worksheets of the Excel file, into one page of my PPT presentation.

Perhaps I can't embed - do I have to copy/paste instead?

Thank you.

RE: Excel charts into PPT

Hi Laura

Thank you for your question.

In this instance it would be best to copy and paste the charts one at a time onto the PowerPoint slide. You will be able to resize the charts areas once pasted so you can fit both charts on the slide.

Powerpoint tip:

Blank The Screen During a Presentation

You sometimes need eye-to-eye contact with your audience, so to remove the temptation of the presentation screen behind you, blank out the screen.

Ctrl+B blacks the screen out, and use it again to continue.

Ctrl+W whites the screen, but be careful not to use this in a dark room. You may blind your audience with a strong white light.
