Hi Michelle

Thank you for your question; and welcome to the forum.

PowerPoint 2007 contains Themes that can be used to change colours and designs. You will find Themes on the Design tab.

If you wish to apply a template that has been saved as a template file (.pot or .potx), go to the Design tab and click the dropdown arrow next to the Effects button under Themes.

Select the Browse for Themes option to navigate to and select the template you wish to apply.

Powerpoint tip:

Paste a web address into the hyperlink address field

If you copy a web address the only way to paste into the address field of the hyperlink box is to use CTRL + V. Right click paste does not work.
