Hi Kim, thank you for your post, welcome to the forum.
to copy a formula from one worksheet to another;

If you wish the formula to reference cells on another worksheet you should name the cells beforehand, then you will have created absolute references which are unique and can be used on any sheet within the workbook (255 pages max).
Use these cell/range names to create your formula, which can then be used on any of the sheets within your workbook.
To name a cell or range of cells select, and then in the name box type a meaningful name (without spaces) and press enter. this name can then be used in formulas in place of cell references.

Excel tip:

Using basic functions without doing formulas

When you highlight figures Autocalc tells you the total in the bottom right of the screen, but if you right click on the sum it will give you some basic functions. The functions are Min, Max, Average, Sum, Count, and Count Nums.
