Hi Samantha

Thank you for your question

Select the text boxes that you want to format.

Click onto the "Arrange" tab, to bring up the arrange ribbon.

Then click on either "Equal Vertical" or "Equal horizontal"

There are also controls there for increasing or decreasing the separation
