Hi Emma

Thank you for your question.

You can force any entry into lowercase by using an input mask of the form <###########. This will only work for new data

If you want to change existing data into lowercase then you wil need to build a query and create a calculated field.

Using the expression builder, click on the functions folder and select 2built in functions", select text function and double click on Lcase. You must then apply this function to the field in question.
