RE: PPT - Pictures from Scanner

Dear Steven

Thank you for attending PowerPoint 2007 Adv Course. I hope you enjoyed the course and learnt many new topics that you must have started to apply at work place.

After researching this in the help facility of PowerPoint 2007 it clearly states that the option of directly importing pictures from the scanner has been removed from from Office 2007. You are expected to scan the picture and save it on the hard disk or removable storage before you can import it in PowerPoint or Excel.

So unfortunately you have to scan the picture in advance and then import it by choosing Insert tab on the ribbon and then click on the Picture from the Illustrations Group!!

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
