How are you sorry i have not got back to you before

The answer to how to use validation is firstly it is covered on the advanced course, however the place to find this is in the Data menu, and there is three tabs of setting for you to choose from, in saying that it is important that you highlight the cell that you want to apply this to before you go to the data menu, and if you want to change any settings to your validation you must re-select the cell which the validation is set
