Hi Gary,

Thank you for your post, if you have displayed a different program from your hyperlink jump simply close the program to return you to PowerPoint.

However if you have jumped to another slide in your PowerPoint presentation you can right click on the slide and invoke the Options: Next Slide, Previous Slide, Last Slide or Go To (slide number)

Aligning slide objects using gridlines

The Grids and Guides feature in PowerPoint can serve as a visual guide to assist with aligning and/or resizing shapes.

Go to View > Grid and Guides or on the Drawing toolbar, select Draw > Grid and Guides. You can then choose to display the grid or guides on the screen.
