Hi Lindsay,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum;

To give you that reminder, you can group large or even small worksheets by clicking on the tab at the bottom of the workbook, then using either the CTRL key (where sheets are not touching each other ie 1 3 and 7) or the SHIFT key where they are (sheets 1,2,3,4) click others to select;

So to recap:click on the first sheet and using as above click on the next sheet or in the case of SHIFT on the last sheet to be grouped. You will now notice that the sheet tabs are all showing 'selected' and can be worked on as a group.

I hope that has jogged the memory, regards Pete

Excel tip:

Hiding a worksheet in Excel

Want to circulate an Excel workbook file but keep certain worksheets hidden from your colleagues' view?

You can do so by bringing up the sheet you wish to hide on your screen; then going to Format - Sheet - Hide.

It will not be immediately obvious that a sheet is hidden from view unless perhaps the sheet are still labelled Sheet 1, Sheet 2 etc.

To display the sheet again, you can go to Format - Sheet - Unhide on any of the other sheets in the workbook. A dialogue box will appear, allowing you to select the hidden sheet/s. Click OK to make the sheet/s reappear again.
