Preferred names

Is there a way in outlook to autocorrect when people type an abbreviation of the company name that we do not want used for example:

company name = Allies and Morrison
preferred abbreviation = A+M
do not want to use = A&M, AAM

Hi Clare, Thank you for the post, in response;

If MS Word is your text editor, you can follow these steps;

1. From the main window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling tab.
2. Click AutoCorrect Options.
3. In the Replace box, type a word or phrase that you often mistype or misspell, or one of your unrequired options above.. for example A&M
4. In the With box, type the correct spelling of the word
