Hi Yamuna,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum,

To display the file path in your Worksheet try this: =CELL("filename")

If as you request you wish to see the file path in your print out;

Select the menu command File>Page Setup, In Page Setup select Header/Footer tab, select either header or footer where you wish your file path to display and using the drop down selection scroll until you see your required entry.
Select it to enter it.
Alternatively you could click Custom Header or Footer and using the buttons insert your required information in the position you require.

Excel tip:

Trace Dependents / Precedents without the blue arrows

Rather than using the toolbar you can press CTRL+] which is the equivelent of trace dependants and CTRL+[ for precendants. Both of these ways though will not show the blue arrows but jump to the cell containing the formula.
