Hi David,
Welcome to the forum, thank you for your question;

Excel worksheets can be saved as HTML with functionality which means the answer to your question is;

Save your Workbook/worksheet as a Web Page = File>Save as Web Page.

Following through the options and choosing as you require will allow you to save your work as an HTML document, which can then be posted to your Intranet, or if you have FTP to the Internet.

View a unique list

You have a column with hundreds of entries, and you need to see what unique items are entered in it. Select any cell in that column, hold down Alt and press the down arrow: Excel produces an alphabetically-sorted list of unique entries in that column.
