RE: Tracking changes on a spreadsheet

Hi Dianne,

Thank you for yor question.

To track changes on Excel 2003, you will need to switch on the feature on TOOLS menu > Track Changes > Highlight Changes.

In the Highlight Changes window, you may choose to review a particular user's changes then on the spreadsheet you can choose to accept / reject each individual changes.

All changed cells are highlight with a dark blue tag.

Hope this is useful.

Kind regards,

Excel tip:

Sorting data stored in rows

Primarily Excel is set up to sort data that is stored in columns rather than rows.

It is possible to get Excel to sort data stored in rows however.

Click in the row you want to sort, or select the cells in the rows you wish to sort.

Go to Data - Sort, then go to the Options button in the bottom left corner of the Sort dialogue box.
