Hi Luisa,

Thank you for your question. I hope you have enjoyed your PowerPoint training.

It is quite straight forward to create a WordArt in PowerPoint 2003.

1) On the INSERT menu > choose Pictures
2) Select Word Art, pick a style in the WordArt Gallery 3) Type in text, choose your preferred font style, press OK
4) Using the WordArt toolbar to format its shapes / colours / character spacing...etc.

You may duplicate it by CTRL+D, edit the text by double-click on the WordArt picture.

Change an AutoShape to a different shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
