Hi Christiane,

What you need to do is highlight what you want to put into a group, and then go to Data / Group and Outline / choose group. You can do this as many times as you want if you don't want to use the auto outline option. If you need to remove the outlines then highlight the rows or columns you used to create the then go to Data / Group and Outline / choose ungroup.

Excel tip:

Deleting a range of cells using the autofill handle

Firstly, select the range of cells for which you would like to clear the contents. Then drag the autofill handle to the the top left corner of the selection whilst holding down the shift key. Your selected contents should then be deleted.
