Hi Kumar

Thank you for your question.

You can display data values on a chart by double-clicking on any series in the chart (e.g. any bar, any pie chart section) and go to the Data Labels tab. Here you have several tick boxes to choose from which will display different labels.

Tick the box(es) that relate to the type of label(s) you wish to display and click OK.

Excel tip:

Random Numbers

Type =RAND()*200 to generate a number between 1 and 200.
Use the fill handle to drag down and populate as many cells as you'd like with random numbers.
