Hi Allister

To display extra data on a pivot tables column area you just add an extra field and the the fields positions. For Example:

.PivotFields("Salesperson").Orientation = xlColumnField
.PivotFields("Salesperson").Position = 1

.PivotFields("Make").Orientation = xlColumnField
.PivotFields("Make").Position = 2
