How do I find out the version of Access I am working on, and also install a different version?

Hello Sarah

Thank you for your question.

To tell which version of Access you are using, open Access and check the following:
1. Does it have a menu bar at the top of the screen? If not you are using the 2007 version.
2. If there is a menu bar, then go to the Help menu and select About Microsoft Access. This will tell you which version you have.

I can't provide support regarding installation of Access as this forum is not for technical support, but if you have any questions relating the content of the Access training you have received, please feel free to post your queries via the forum.

To hide a column or row in Access, you need to minimise the column or row. This can be done by placing your mouse on the right edge of a column, wait for the mouse to change to a double aroow and then drag to minimise the column
