Hi Mark

Float is created where two tasks are linked (e.g. finish to start) and the successor is constrained beyond the finish of its predecessor. A partial constraint type is Start no earlier than SNET (reached via double clicking on the successor name then choosing the advanced tab). The successor could be a task or a milestone (0 duration).
