Hello Randip

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can import data from Excel into Access if you go to File - Import External Data - Import, then change the Files of type option at the bottom of the dialogue box to Microsoft Excel.

Hit the ESC key once for the current field

And ESC twice for current record
