how do you move boxes in org charts and keep the connectors connected to them?

Hi Joelle,

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the forum, in answer to your question, if you know that there is a possibility that you will be moving your boxes, you should connect them with the connectors found on the Drawing Toolbar Click AutoShapes and choose the Connectors option, when using these you will see a connection point on the box appear, connect to this point and then in your next box also connect to the connection point, you will then find that when you move the boxes the connectors will 'hold on'. Run presentation manually

If you have saved slide timings but want to run the presentaion without the timings, choose Slide Show, Set Up Show command, and under Advance Slides, click on Manually. When you want the timings on again, select Using Timings, If present.
