Thank you for your question

The quickest method for designing an invoice would be to create a query that selects the required information for the invoice and then to run a report that uses that query as its record source.

A second solution would be to export the query into Excel and create the invoice there

You can create percentage values based on individual products / items by using a Dsum function (used with a grouped query)

[Each value column] / Dsum[field:total for the column needed to be calculated],[tablename]
