Hello Kim

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Voting buttons are used to be able to track and tally voting options that recipients of a message with voting buttons choose.

There is a link below to a tutorial page that explains why they are used and how to use them - I haven't tested these instructions however you can always come back to me if they don't work for you:
