Hi Amarjit

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

You can adjust settings for printing in File - Page Setup, on the Page tab. Under Paper Size, you can select A4 or A3 from the available option. Then under Scaling you can select Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall, and click OK. Then print your spreadsheet.

Excel tip:

Apply currency format quickly in Excel

To quickly apply the currency format to cell in your spreadsheet, select (highlight) the cells you wish to apply currency format to, then use Ctrl + Shift + $

This will apply a pounds symbol even though the $ key is pressed.
