Altered view in Query Design View

Clare has attended:
Access Introduction course

by - delegate Clare [6 posts] (2007 Feb 13 Tue, 11:30) replyReply

Hi

When I go into design view of a query in a database that I am using, instead of the fields where I would specify my criteria going down a column, they are going across rows instead, how do you alter the view to make it go down the columns?

Thanks

Hi Clare

I'm not sure what you mean as the only views in Query are Design, SQL and pivot.

Could you take a screen shot of your Query in design view to

forum AT microsofttraining.net

so I can see what you mean

Carlos
