Recurring Meetings

Hi Rayne

Sorry for the delay in answering this question.

To create a recurring meeting in Outlook:

1. Open a New Appointment on the date of the first occurrence of the meeting and set it up as normal

2. On the New Appointment window click the Recurrence button

3. In the Appointment Recurrence dialog box confirm the start and end times of the meeting. Then:

a. Set the Recurring pattern (i.e. is it Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) and the recurrence period

b. Set the Range of Recurrence (i.e. When is the recurrence ending)

4. Click OK

5. Click Save and Close

The Appointment and all the recurrences are entered in the calendar

Hope this helps

Carlos
