RE: re-ocuring meetings

Hi Heather

Sorry for the delay in answering this question.

To change the date of a recurring meeting in Outlook:

Open the Appointment to be changed.

A dialog box will ask if you want to Open this occurrence (This allows changes to the date of the current appointment only) or Open the series (This allows changes to the dates of all the appointments in the recurrence).

On the first option change the date on the appointment as normal and then Click Save and Close

On the second option change the date as above and then change the Recurrence if required by doing the following:

1. On the Appointment window click the Recurrence button

2. In the Appointment Recurrence dialog box confirm the start and end times of the meeting. Then:

a. Set the new Recurring pattern (i.e. is it Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly) and the recurrence period

b. Set the new Range of Recurrence (i.e. When is the recurrence ending)

3. Click OK

4. Click Save and Close

The Appointment and all the recurrences are changed and entered in the calendar

Hope this helps

Carlos
