Powerpoint organigram

Once I have chosen a hierarchical chart in the Smart Art, how do i resize the boxes/add new ones, etc. I have tried to do it myself and find I have to change each box by itself which is a pain. Is there some way i can make all the boxes the same size, same design, same format, etc.

RE: Powerpoint organigram

Hello Vanessa

Thank you for your question.

If you select all the boxes first before resizing you should be able to resize all the existing boxes at once therefore making them all the same size.

To do this, select one box, then hold down the Shift key while you select all the other boxes. Keep holding down the Shift key and resize one box - all the others should resize at the same time.

Unfortunately when you add new boxes they will come in at the default size.

Powerpoint tip:

Doodling on your active slides

To add a little graphic interest during a presentation, switch on the Pen with Ctrl+P. Now your mouse can be used to draw on the slide. Ctrl+E switches on the Eraser to rub things out, and Ctrl+A brings back the Arrow.

At the end of the presentation you have the option to save or discard any un-erased doodlings.
