can i find out bit more about notes, how i can use this with my slides

How are you doing, sorry i haven't got back to you sooner

Yes you can add notes to your slides very easily this can be done by either clicking on the notes area under your slide in normal view, or going to the notes view on your view menu and type them in there for the slides you need them

Make sure when you need to print them you print out notes pages

Powerpoint tip:

To copy an object on your page

To copy an object on your page quickly and easily instead of using cut & paste, try this instead.

Select the object you want to copy by clicking on it.

Hold down the "CTRL" key on the keyboard.

Click (with the left mouse button) and drag the object to the new position. Simple & quick.

Now try it again but press the "Shift" key at the same time as the CTRL key, this will keep the objects aligned. Great for making diagrams etc.
