In Word 2003 you are able to custom name all your Macros. Whilst playing around in Word 07 I managed to change the names of the macros but when getting them up in my quick access tool bar I wasnt abvle to see the different names. This is a problem when you have three or more macros.

Dear Dale

Thank you for attending the Word 2007 Intermediate course. I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

I am assuming that you already know how to place macros button on the Quick Access Tooolbar.

In order to rename any macro you need to do the following:

Right Click on the Quick Access Toolbar and choose Customize Quick Access Toolbar

Your Macro button should already be on the right hand side.

Click on the Macro button and choose Modify button next to reset button.

You can choose different icon as well as rename the macro button to a name of your choice in the display name box.

I hope this helps!!

Many thanks

Kindest Regards
