How do you add calculations to a pivot table, that automatically change as you adjust the criteria within the pivot table?

Hi Mike

From the pivot table menu, select FORMULAS then CALCULATED FIELD.

Give your field a name, then construct the formula in the dialog box.

When your pivot table source data changes, you need to right click the pivot table and select REFRESH DATA to update it. It will not update automatically.

Concatenating Results of Formulas

To concatenate the results of formulas simply add the "&" after the formula or function closing bracket.

function1(....)&function2(.....)
