How do you add your company logo to a Powerpoint presentation - can it be saved in may documents and attached?

RE: PowerPoint

Hi Jodie,

Thank you for your question.

Your question has been re-assigned to me.

If you want your company logo on every slide, then you need to insert the picture into the slide master.

To achieve this you need to follow these instructions:

View - Master - Slide Master, then Insert Picture from file and place it where you want on the slide. Now right click over the logo and change the transparency level if you need to.

The final thing you could or need to do is change the order of the logo by sending it to the back. Right click over the logo and choose Order and then send to back.

It can be saved in many documents and if you have the logo saved on the network, then you can insert it as an attachment.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon

Powerpoint tip:

Disable animations in slide show view

Want to stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily? You can disable animations by:

1. Going to Slide Show - Set Up Show on the menu bar.

2. Putting a check next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Clicking OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
