Hi Pascale

Sorry its been a while to answer this

But here goes, you can have 2 time zones

all you do is right on the left hand side of your time view in the calendar and choose change time zone, this will allow you to have a second time zone

PS: make sure you name one of your zones

Fine Tuning for AutoShapes

The Windows drawing tools are generally labelled lines, rectangles, oval, etc. Similarly in the Office Suite.

To regulate any shape, straight line, square, circle, stars, smiley faces, etc ... hold down the Shift key while you draw the shape. Remember to release the mouse button before releasing the Shift key.
