Hi Vida

How are you doing, sorry i haven't got back to you before now

If you want to format an existing PPT document, you can do this slide by slide, or you can go to the slide master view and
do all the formatting there NB: if this is on all the slide make sure you doing your format changes on the first slide in the list then also make sure all the slide have that format

I am doing well, its alright I know you're busy.

Thanks I remember the Master view o and locating the windings helped me a lot.

Could you remind me about how to incorporate existing slides into a new one please.

Thanks for your understanding, and for your reply

to use other slides from another file, go to the new slide button from the home ribbon, then click re-use slides locate the file where the slides are, be careful when you click the slides as they will insert into your PPT as you click them

Happy New Year!

Mark I need to use smart art to do an org chart but I find I can't edit the connectors, change the line type and colors. could you show me how to do that urgently please. I am being given a lot of ppt work but I feel I need all the support I can get. Oh how I wish you here. Please send me all the tips again. where can I get a cd rom or something.

Start and stop presentations if you have used timings

If you have used timings and need to stop a presentation press S to stop and S again to restart.
