what's the best size to save images if you have at least 4 images on all slides? The presentation still needs to be emailed.

Hi Neha

How are you doing, sorry i haven't got back to you sooner

As you may remember from the course the best thing to do would be as follows:

Slect one of the pictures and from the picture tools ribbon click the compress pictures button, make sure you choose web\screen size its something like 96 (PPI) this will be the best option for this make sure you save the file when done

I would agree with you there after you compress all your pictures, make sure you save it and yes create a second copy just in case, but save you file often
