i need to print all the fileds in sheets of paper so that people can fill in the blanks by hand. pls help how to do it.

Hi Enat

I assume you want to print an Access table. To do this:

1. Select the required table

2. Select the File menu and then click Print.

3. Click OK to Print

NB. In File menu or the Print dialog box select Print Preview if you want to check how the table will print or if you want to change the orientation of the print.
