Can I get access to to give me an answer dependent on certain criteria? For example the first order received is a new order, second order is renewal or winback dependent on time between orders.

For upcoming training course dates see: Pricing & availability

RE: Lookups

Hello Khim,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Access course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding lookups.

I am not sure that I understand your question. You can get access to give you specific answers depending on your criteria. What I am not sure about is what you are trying to find out about the two orders.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Richard

Access tip:

Create An Inaccessible Field On A Form

There is sometimes a need to make a field in a form look like a normal field but be completely inaccessible to the user. To do this:

In the Field's Properties
Set the ENABLED property to No
Set the LOCKED property to Yes

The field will not grey out, but the user will not be able to do anything with it.
