Hi Pauline

You could attend our Project Advanced course!

A resource pool is a seperate Project which contains only Resource information. Each project then needs to be told to Share Resources from the Resource Pool - see the Tools menu for this option.

It is not as simple as this - you really should attend the course.

Ms project tip:

Change default view – Project 2010

a. In Project, click on the File tab
b. Select General from left hand side (this should be the screen displayed by default)
c. Set the Default view dropdown box to your chosen option
d. Click OK to apply your changes

forum postI can't remember how to set up a timeline. I have 5 different projects with related start and finish dates so I need to create the chart, then export it into Powerpoint.
