Merging databases

My colleagues have updated different versions of our contact database. Is there any way of combining the most recents entries they've made into one version? There aren't any overlap contacts so hopefully it's possible.
Many thanks!
Sammie

RE: Merging databases

Hi Sammie

Thank you for your question

Could you clarify the following for me please

1. Is the contact data that you wish to transfer stored in a single table, with additional tables storing data on other subjects (e.g Companies?)

2. What is the nature of the contact table's primary key field. Is it an autonumber?

Thanks

Stephen

RE: Merging databases

Thanks for your reply.

1. The contact data is in one table but it does link to other tables eg. company table, employee table etc.

2. The primary key is indeed an autonumber.
