Word Intermediate course

In my spreadsheet I need to list dates. Is it possible to have the date as 23/11/06 instead of 23/11/2006. The main reason is the spreadsheet has 13 columns in total and includes six with dates. If the date can be shortened I would be able to have another column when printed in lanscape.

Please help.

Yes Lisa

All that is required is for you to change the format of your date cells in the column

Select the column right click go format cell from the Number tab in the dialog box that pops up under Category select Date under Type box select your desired date type ie. in your case 23/11/06.

Hope this helps. Thank you for using BEST Training Support forum. Feel free to recommend our forum to collegues for friends.
